    Step 1

    将SCS牛油和糖打发备用。 In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Step 2

    碗内将低筋面粉、奶粉及 马铃薯粉混匀,分2 次 拌入牛油里,拌匀混合成面团。 Add in low gluten flour, milk powder, and potatoes flour beat well..Add the flour into the butter mixture 2 times, mix well.

    Step 3

    取1小份保留原色,另一部分加入橙色素拌匀,再搓成每份13克。 Keep small dough with the original flavor, the rest mix with orange food coloring, mix well, and divide into 13g each portion.

    Step 4

    取面团做成一对耳朵,脸,芝麻装饰眼睛。 Take the dough to make nose, ears and black sesame to make eyes.

    Step 5

    将饼干放入预热烤箱以165C,烤20分钟, 完成。 Bake the cookies in the oven at 165C for 20 minutes.

    Step 6

    冷却后用巧克力 画上虎纹,完成。 Lastly melt the chocolate to make a tiger stripe, done.
